The Mendip Churchill stoves gently curved side panels and top plate give the Churchill a distinctively different look. The raised firebox delivers useable heat at a level which is very comforting when seated and is easily reloaded without bending.
A convection stove gives a better distribution of heat and therefore heat a larger area faster than a standard radiant stove. Convection stoves can be placed in open plan areas as the temperature of the convection panels are cooler than a radiant stove.
The distance to combustable materials is lower and they are therefore more suited to timber framed buildings.
